Tedharta is a Property Consultancy Firm base in Southern Klang Valley with teams in Melaka and Pahang.

Our goal is to train and educate Malaysian of all races, ages, and educational background in order to equip them with sufficient knowledge to deal with customers in order to achieve success in the property industry. We have trained more than over 200 property consultant to achieve great result in the property industry.

We mainly focus on developer’s new development and projects. Our aim is to assist customer in choosing a property that cater to their needs as well as meeting their loan profile. At the same time we assist developer to market, promote and clear out their unsold inventories for both BUMI and NON BUMI lots of houses, high-rises and lands. 

We have successfully assist multiple developers around the country in selling out their unsold properties as
well as helping them to save cost on employment and human resource, as hiring and training for sales person in a short amount of time require a lot of resources and time.

Eventhough our firm is considered newly established, our leaders have over 7 years experience in the property industries. We are well-verse in marketing new development for developers.

We will work together with our partner developers to assess their current property in hand, advise them on appropiate package, pricing, commission plan and coming out with an action plan to assist them to market their products.

Ethan has 10years experience in property industry. As a team leader. He focus on guiding team members to achieve their goals and he focus on digital marketing and advertising for the company. Hes also certified by meta as their digital marketing associate.

Team Leader

Ali is a team leader in tedharta with over 6years experience in property. He has top notch customer communication and presentation skill. He mainly focus on our companies southern and northern projects.

Project Assistant/Comission

Ayu is our company project assistant with over 4years of property industry experience. Shes a cheerful, outgoing and helpful person. She currently incharge in coordinating our projects and provided trainings to our team members.

Assistant Team Leader

Zulkeflee is our companies assistant team leader. With 4years experience in property industry. Before venturing into realestate. He has more than 20years senior managerial experience in a GLC in malaysia. Hes has a cheerful personality and alway there to lift up our team.

Assist you in selling out your remaining unit and reduce the time for your project to be fully sold (reduce holding, maintaining and inventory cost).

Well trained consultant. We will filter the potential buyers before booking and pre-qualified their loan to ensure less cancellation and paperwork. (Our conversion rate is 50% ~ 70 %).

After booking we will coordinate with buyers, our bankers or your own designated bankers to ensure smooth documentation handover and loan process.

Assisting developer Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) to sell more than 200 units of Apartment Aspire Residence in Cyberjaya and more than 30 units of semi detached house Taman Sutera Wangi (BUMI Lot) in Batu Berendam Melaka.

Assisting developer i Grand Properties(subsidaries of Tiga Bintang, Kota Sehati) to fully sold out multiple Rezab Melayu projeccts in Bukit Changgang and Banting area like Taman Sri Changgang 1, Taman Sri Changgang 2 and Taman Desa Idaman.

Assisting developer Teobros Development to sell more than 80 units of double storey landed houses, Taman Saujana Perdana in Bukit Katil, Melaka.

Assisting developer Bina Puri to sell more than RM20 millions GDV of agricultural land (The Valley Phase 1 and Phase 2) in Karak, Pahang.

Assisting developer Hijauan Group to fully sold out its single storey semi detached homes (Taman Salak Budi Rezab Melayu) in Kota Warisan.
